Your political bias aside as a neutral observer i would say these 26 needed to be put for re-polling because most of these are located in area which is considered a criminal den and there indeed many thugs and criminals meddled the process. They are not necessarily from PTI or any party but criminals mostly or their supporters

And this is just peshawar, a place where the most order was expected.
Observation made by the ROs
1-In sufficient security arrangements were made during the polling. Cases identified of one person posted at multiple places.
2-Diseased and Retired officials placed as POs.
3-The delay in polling material delivery.
4-Insufficient Polling material at places.

Oh I never knew people consider having difference as political bias. The fact is that the LGBs were messed up and PTI tried to dump the responsibility on ECP. And if these areas were criminal dens then why wasn't additional security deployed at these stations?

All thanks to ECP. In my opinion Army was needed to be available by ECP. KPK's police was clearly unable to stop this on its own. Its more ill management than plain rigging. PTI should've totally cleanswept KPK if it was mass-scale rigging done by PTI.

Having a ghair sayasi police doesn't mean that its totally capable and equipped of handling LB polls accross 100,000+ polling stations .. atleast this ghair sayasi police doesn't shoot and kill innocent men and pregnant women on road

Oh this is ill-management of ECP no doubt, if it was pre-poll rigging then PTI would've cleanswept all seats like your party did in the genera elections

idont know who's statement you have quoted about rigging or mismanagement anyway missing names and signs of candidates is indeed rigging on part of anyone.

Because in 2013 the scale of violance and official involvement couldn't be found. Even to date PTI hasn't been able to provide JC with any concrete proof, why haven't they been able to do so despite always claiming to have the proofs?
