KPK govt introducing Grievance Redressal Mechanism in Govt Departments.


Beta Testing of Grievance Reddressal Mechanism for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa piloted in Migora City (Local Government Department) was successfully launched on 23-01-2014. Total 84 Call received, 58 was turn to relevant complaints regarding Local Government Mingora. 21 were resolved on the same day while other is in progress. After immediate response of CMO and other staff, complainant again called for thanks and confirmation of their resolution. The system was tested from all prospects and overall testing was very successful. The system will be replicated to all districts in five major departments i.e. Local Government, Revenue, Police, Health and Education. The Grievance Reddressal System will be launched by Chief Minister Officially soon.

whatever it is trying to bring in KPK, but its a total failure in terms of security?
KPK govt can introduce, 100 of nice terms of every dam systems on papaers, but still its unable to protect, the citizens of KPK in genrl & even its own provancial minsters?
basicly whole of tht, nice angel prapogandas sucks, with each & every blast happening, every next moring in KPK?
