I wasnt saying punjab is biggest consumer...eventhough I disagree with your numbers above and logically Punjab's consumption shud be most since its most developed (comparable to sindh) and bigger size than sindh(which is probabaly second most developed after Punjab)

B)Look at the consumption of KPK to total consumption. A consumption share of 7% vs the theft share of almost 33%.
You don't trust these stats please bring some which prove your point. Isn't it a more convenient way?

What major drive? how much did they help when PPP was in power. Bcoz pmln is in power in punjab since last 7 years. when they didnt do anythng in punjab when PPP was in power why are u crying about PTI now. Now what i understand (i may be wrong) . defaulters are arrested by police on complain of wapda. have there been any proof that police was told not to talk action?
