It's not hypocrisy, it's called looking out for Muslim interests first. The objective is to maximize our religious freedom and protect our Faith and community. In places where we are a minority secularism suits us (American brand of secularism, not French Laicite or atheistic communism), and where we are a majority we should have full implementation of the Shari'ah.
