Way to go! KPK govt knows their coffers are empty. Instead of begging for loans from around the world, it has decided to take initiative and act. Building small dams like these doesnt cost much but economically lifts up an entire village, thus putting in chain a cycle of prosperity and reaping greater long term benefits for the people, the region and hence the country.
