Why it is so that there is no expert engineers in Pakiatan, I see it as the opportunity of kickbacks, I can make aircraft engines in Pakistan, sihips Nd all weapons in Pakistan,

All theses things have stolen billions from Pakistan by these contracts, prime example is PIA and contracts about gold mines in sindh, and many more,

Pakistan in 50s and 60s gave it 5 years plan to Korea, how come they flourish and Pakistan suffers, the differance is the honest leadership in Korea and corrupt Leadership in Pakiatan.

^^^^^
There are very good engineers in pakistan, there is no shortage of talented engineers. But there are many shortcomings in the current system.
Tell me how can you make or pakistan can make jet engines?

.
Pakistan should start JV at least for AJT like T-50/F-50 it will help to develop 4.5 gen jet in JV with S.Korea, only engine may be big issue as they use mostly western ones which west may not like to end up in hands of Pakistan with TOT.

True .. But its not just the leadership .. The people are also to be blamed... Afterall the leaders themselves come from the public .. They don't fall from the sky onto the "chair"..

IIRC, USA prevented South korea to supply certain Electronic warfare equipments to Pakistan couple years ago

aerospace industries of countries like korea, sweden, italy etc purchase key components for their products from US based companies, and therefore approvals are controlled by the US.

Pakistan and S.Korea can design and develop aircraft and avionics jointly, main issue will be engine, if western engine is not available then now Pakistan can go for Russian RD-93MA or AL-31FN as per need.
