The party has held back from naming Mr. Azad till now, even though Union ministers M. Venkaiah Naidu and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi hinted at “action” at the party-level.

“Have patience,” said a party insider close to Mr. Amit Shah. Asked whether patience meant days or weeks, the BJP leader said, “Patience knows no limits.”


Till late on Monday evening, however, the party had not instituted any action against Mr. Azad.

Asked by a TV channel, Mr. Azad wondered why action would be taken against him for “fighting corruption”

Now the precarious position of the BJP being: damn if they do, damn if they don't.

I avoid blind as bat BJPians, or myopic Modi toadies here, just because they indulge in rhetorics, circumlocution & cavil in dialogue which is often pointless & worthless. Some are dolts, some lack vocabulary, some lack current affairs. In a nut shell, they are here to misguide people in order to prove their God Modi is like no other in India, albeit in a futile manner.
