I have witnessed Punjab's governor Mr Khosa turn up in an S-Series Mercedes benz myself. The question has to be asked, Pakistan is one of the most poorest countries in the world, where thousands of kids are malnourished, where polio still exists, maternal mortality rates are higher than our region. It is failing on MDG, There is no or little health care, education system is paralyzed.

Aren't these people a stigma on this so called democracy?, who gives them the right to spend public money on such goodies that even European leaders don't have?

Only people who are authorized BP cars in Pak are president, PM and COAS. Rehman Malik has a huge caravan of vehicles (all with Jammers and BP cars).
