Report: A research paper states Kim Jong-un could soon be out of the country
Kim Jong-un faces being kicked out of North Korea over spending too much on his military, it has been claimed.

The secretive leader will be ousted by senior members of his own military if he's unable to tackle the country's failing economy.

This is according to South Korean press who reported that the lack of progress in North Korea's struggling economy could lead to the overthrow of the ruling Workers' Party.

Yonhap News Agency claims it was revelaed in a Seoul-commissioned report titled "A Study on the Party-Military Relations of the Kim Jong-un Regime".

The report apparently read: "The stability of the Kim regime and party-military relations hinges on the country’s economic growth and continued military spending.

"In the event of an economic failure, a shift in the Kim regime could emerge as the military — rather than regular North Koreans — would first demand a shift in party-military relations or call for a military-centric order."

The report also stated how under Kim Jong-un, the military have more power in some areas than the ruling party itself.









This comes after a defiant North Korea announced plans to "conquer space" by launching more satellites, despite Western opposition.

Kim Jong-Un said space exploration was a "strategic goal" according to local media, ignoring the UN's criticism that the move violated international sanctions.


Speaking at an awards ceremony for those involved in the rocket launch earlier this month, he said: "Conquering space is ... a fierce class struggle against the hostile forces seeking to usurp our peace and sovereignty."

He also underscored the need to successfully launch "more working satellites", Pyongyang's KCNA news agency reported.

He added: "The advance toward space... is the DPRK's (North Korea's) strategic goal", he said.

Calling the scientists involved in the February 7 launch "best patriots and admirable heroes", Kim gave out medals, prizes and wristwatches bearing the names of his father and grandfather.

North Korea sparked international outrage with the launch of the Kwangmyongsong-4 satellite, which came just a month after its fourth nuclear test.

The launch, which most in the international community viewed as a disguised ballistic missile test, violated multiple UN resolutions banning the nuclear-armed country from the use of such technology.

On Tuesday the president of South Korea threatened tough action against the North to help it come to the "bone-numbing realisation" that nuclear activity will only bring about its downfall.

Park Geun-hye pledged further "strong" measures after suspending operations at a jointly-run industrial park.

The United States, South Korean and Japan are spearheading efforts at the UN Security Council to impose harsh sanctions on Pyongyang over the recent nuclear test and rocket launch.

Yesterday Barack Obama signed off on new sanctions against North Korea, aimed at anyone importing goods or technology related to weapons of mass destruction in

No one is kicking Kim out. If they start starving then they will start a limited war/purge against a certain pact and if thats not enough they will start a limited war with South Korea. (better to die in the battlefield then of hunger they say).

Never the less the dynasty has a very short life span (Less than 50years) and the moment PRC/Russia and America is able to negotiate how SK will rule Korea, the shorter that life span will become. What the experts presume is to have SK rule over all of Korea and have all American bases immedietely leave Korea. Korea will become a neutral and non-aligned country as neither PRC or Russia wants America at their doorsteps.

i don't deny that there may be a few suicides in dprk and the socialism there is inefficient in some things but mass suicide is a phenomenon attributable only to the country of india.

and suicides are just one issue among many in india.

but let me highlight this - from the beginning of the syrian in 2011 to the end of 2015, the nato-supported foreigner terrorists and nato/israel air-bombing killed 250,000+ people... in india in the single year of 2012, the similar number of 250,000 indians suicided and no foreigners were involved in this and the reasons were entirely the capitalist and reactionary nature of indian social/economic system.

The comparison is truly amazing! One dark and the other with networks of lights! Truly, Qaddafi economics!

It is indeed sad that in a country farmers commit suicide and efforts need to be made to ensure this is avoided and removed. Maybe, if you start a separate thread on the same, we could discuss there. It is in the interests of the Americans, that, Kim is in power. He is the bogeyman, they are selling to Japan and SK. China will not upset the apple cart with Japan and SK, at-least not yet.
