It’s always been hard to be a noticeable person in countries like Pakistan because the government doesn’t like people who could have any influence on other people’s minds. Being a doctor in such a country is difficult too, and they should cherish such people instead of hunting them down. Such doctors didn’t look for a way How to Increase Your Salary?, but were ready to help their country’s people.
