Not reliable partners to be honest. They're a spent force. They've been so polluted as a group by hindutva propaganda against Pakistan and against Muslims that they will never accept or want assistance from Pakistanis. They had chances but declined to avail them. Khalistani movements wave their swords around a lot but in terms of firm action against the Indian state, no chance.

The Sikhs prefer to be mercenaries for Hindustan than fight for their freedom alongside Muslims.

Naxals are a far better investment. Indian Muslims will also inevitably rise against hindutva for their own reasons and Pakistan can support them. Kashmir is of course our blood. We know who our international friends are.
