PESHAWAR: Security forces have arrested a key Taliban commander Iliyas also known as Usman from the Bakhsho Pul area of Peshawar, reports DawnNews.
Law enforcement agencies conducted a raid near Charsadda road and apprehended Usman who is accused of running a parallel court in the Pundyali Tehsil of the Mohmand agency.
Pundyali is the strong hold of the Taliban operating in Mohmand and the arrest of Usman could be an important breakthrough for security forces.
