Because ISPR already said Rajgal valley operation has been concluded. IF there were peaks left to be concluded, they wouldn't have declared it to be concluded

Rajgal is located on the edge of Khyber Agency. This op is occuring on the edge of bajaur agency, and no i don't believe we've lost those peaks before as the corresponding land on the afghan side is largely under control of ISIS Khorasan. This might be an op to create a buffer zone between Pak territory and afg, and to prevent isis from using height to target our posts on the border. Just an opinion dunno ground situation.

Maybe due to the fact that its practically in Afg territory that we've not used air support. Or bad weather. But still the phase 1 has been completed successfully with 2 fatal and 6 non-fatal casualties on our side and approx. 30-35 dead militants. Bahar haal, progress sahi hai, let's see how it goes.

with this incident, I conclude there is dirty plan by terrorists master minds to takeover key high heights, taking advantage of empty peaks.
Adversaries know, once attack helis come to Pakistan, it will be difficult for them to carryout dirty ops.
