Kerala Job Ad bares all except Muslims and Christians | BJP leader objects

yeah..sentence formation may look same in some instants, but the phrases./words are entirely different in dravidan languages,yes..you could able to see lot of Sanskrit words though...
Hindi-Mere ghar aavo..
Tamil-yennoda(en) veettukku vaa..
Mal-ente veettillekku vaa...
Kan-nanna manege baa..( the word mana/manai is also used in Malayalam/Tamil)...,Tamil and Malayalam are almost very close to each other followed by Kannada...(because Malayalam was broken out very very lately from Tamil than Kannada,so the difference between Mal-Tamil is minor)...but the hindi is completely different..

Of course there will be difference in words which is why they are different languages. But Tamil also has as huge component of Sanskrit words. If anything I believe the words which are not sanskritic have an origin with the Eastern Asian languages, when I heard Chinese-Dragon explain some Chinese words.

Where is the match of Hindi Ghar with Latin domus? So neither the sentencing nor the words nor the grammar of the so called Indoeuropean languages are that close to Hindi, but Hindi is closer to the so called dravidian languages in both sentencing as well as maximum number of word similarity.

Thrissur: A BJP functionary in Kerala Monday took objection to an employment advertisement issued by a business concern here that said only Christian and Muslim candidates need to apply for the jobs it offered.

Talking to reporters here, the BJP state Cell Co-ordinator B Gopalakrishnan said barring Hindus from applying for job amounted to an infringement of their constitutional right.

The advertisement that appeared in a Malayalam daily recently had invited applications for various jobs in a supermarket in the city from candidates belonging to the two communities only, he said.

The BJP leader said this went against the Fundamental Rights and was a flagrant violation of Article 14 of the Constitution which says "the state shall not deny to any person equality before law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India."

He said on seeing the advertisement, he contacted the proprietors and urged them to withdraw it but they declined to do so.

He said a protest would be organised here on August 22 if the business venture failed to recall the advertisement.

Why 70-30? Are Muslims only 70% of Indonesian population?

It was not there when he came as Red Glowing Star or even much before that. I have been here now for more than a year, but he has been around for 3 or more years here.

Looks like the Sanskritic influence waxes and wanes on a pattern the lunar tides.:partay:

yes,Modern Tamil has enormous amount of Sanskrit loan words, not the original classical Tamil...All of these Sanskrit loan words in Tamil has its original Tamil equivalent for eg for 'moon'.the most regular Tamil word is 'santhiran' which came from Sanskrit root word 'chandran'..but the original Tamil word is 'Nila'(sparsely used now or mainly in poems/songs)..
yes,Modern Tamil is heavily Sanskrit mixed so you could able to see a lot of resemblance with aryan languages but that doesn't means that both came from one source...

You cannot claim that classical Tamil has no Sanskrit influence (Vice-versa) while at the same time claiming that classical Malayalam which is heavily sanskritized is a derivative of Tamil.

both are different..Modern Malayalam is very much different from classical/thani Malayalam..Modern Malayalam is heavily Sanskritized but the old/thani Malayalam was noted for its uniqueness and devoid of any Sanskrit words...eg
English-Modern Mal-Thani Mal

sun-sooryan-njayaru
moon-chandran-nila
cloud-mekham-mukil
world-lokam-ulakam
beauty-soundharyam-azhagu
language-bhaasha-mozhi
pain-vedhana-novu
body-shareeram-mei/udal
relation-bandham-uravu.....etc etc..
look the difference...yes,Modern Malayalam is heavily Sanskritized, not the old classical one...

no they are more than 90% ,

but even in Bangladesh , KDS employer never object on this

Island of Bali is Hindu Majority (93.18%). And 16% of Population of Kaharigan region of Kalimatan is Hindu.

Yeah I keep reading different estimates. Some Christian sites claim 20% Christian population in Indonesia. Hindus too have increased from 2% to now being 3% of their population.

Concentration on a single island provides political power to Hindus, else they would have been annihilated by now.

Indonesia as a whole is still a better country and I would loath to club Indonesia with other Muslim countries. Except for Aceh province, they seem to be generally very amiable people.
