Courts has no role to play in executive powers of passing laws until it violates any fundamental rights or the framework of constitution. Courts maximum can stay an ordinance if it is not passed by parliament.
Also one need to do their own research before jumping to conclusion by just reading newspaper reports. All the misunderstanding about anything is propagated by political parties to create confusion and unrest.
