BTW it says a 23 year old girl did this act, so she was not a minor and it also says that she has been with him for quite some time, so that does not qualify as Rape either.

But, the truth is, She has no right to harm (theoretically like Shashi Tharoor said) and rather approach police. But, as we know in practical life, this may be the best way for her to save from being a sex slave of the RSS Swamy.
