yes,same with the recent migration of Maldivians muslims to kerala....many are coming here under the name medical tourists....many of them returns after treatment..but few of them settles here illegally and are purchasing vast tracts of land especially in the coastal regions of trivandrum...moreover its hard to identify them...they easily pick up malayalam and can easily pass off as an average malayali or tamil speaking muslim...
