The first shipment is a test. Next Kazakh grain shipments will go direct to Vietnam without making pause in a Chinese port. I wonder how much the Chinese authority will take as transfer fee? A high fee will kill the business.

I think Vietnam got a friendly transfer fee otherwise you can be pretty sure that this business is doomed by now.

As I said before inter-connectivity is crucial for economy development and China has boundary with many countries, who has imagine that China served as liaison between Vietnam and Kazakhstan... hope this will further improve Sino-Vietnam relation.

Importing grain from Kazakhstan is just the beginning. In return Vietnam wants to export manufactured goods to Kazakhstan, later expanded to Russia, Belarus and Europe by railways. It is vital China and Vietnam cooperate. Cheers.
