The UN asked BOTH sides to begin talks, that includes India. Pakistan has been willing to talk, but without preconditions; India has not.

From what I can tell, Russia has said nothing.

The US has mostly stayed away.

China's silence is expected, but then again they're already on Pakistan's side.

It's just another day at the office. This isn't the end.

When you know all this then why keep humiliating yourself time and time again by asking the same thing from them , like a kid who has amnesia.

India has condition punish then came to talk, India is not interested in photo ops nor has time for this , have other priorities and work to do. unlike PAK which seeks always time of everyone to talk
