Now the Kashmir issue is no more an indian related matter. Now its international and global matter needed to be solved by curbing the forceful occupation of india.

Now the indians will be in a lot of heat in the coming days and years since pakistan has banned the JuD that indians claimed was spreading terrorism and was root cause of the problem.

It's a bilateral matter, no matter how much we'd like to think otherwise. For it to be a true international matter you'd need the UNSC Permanent Members to be heavily invested in a solution (e.g. Iran, Israel-Palestine etc.) but it's not.

The stance is if both parties require international involvement, there are countries (e.g. US) who will facilitate discussions. However, that is not the case here.

Progress was made towards a solution with Musharraf in charge, more than ever before, and that was strictly on a bilateral basis. Any future and sincere attempt towards a resolution will have to mirror that, both in terms of approach and ultimate solution. That is, LoC = IB with soft movement between people, ease of trade etc.

However, it's also incumbent on both countries to address one another's security concerns (and of course the Kashmiri's) in any final agreement to ensure stronger trust on both sides.

I always wanted Baluchistan to be a part of India,they need our development,school and Infrastructure.If a given a chance,trust me every second person in Baluchistan wants to integrate with India.

Look man,you need to understand that India has everything to offer to Baluchs but what about Pakistan.Look at the Kashmiris now,today they going gaga over development like Railways,airports and govt programs,same is in northeast.
