Dr. Swamy is a MP and Modi is a PM. They are not govt. servants, but they are part of the govt.

And I am not aware of any hate speech they made when they are occupying their seat.

Supermaniyam Swami is attacking Islam not just Muslims in India. And on your question that they are Government, not Government Servants then anybody who withdraws salary from the government is a government servant. Politicians are servants of the Government as well as servents of people - so they hold dual responsibility instead of one - if it is your excuse.

Were you answering my question? Apparently you totally missed the point. My question is simple; what is wrong in calling 300 people from particular faith heroes who donated a part of their body to everyone? In which way and form is what wrong?

There is nothing wrong with calling them heroes as long as it has nothing to do with politics. He is a representative of the government and whatever comes out of him is an official word. But, calling out media and mocking it is uncalled for, and hence the government show-cause notice.
