I have never been an admirer of Nawaz and I strongly believe that this guy is not even fit to become a clerk, let alone the PM of a country like Pakistan - and he would have never reached to this position if zia ur rajeem had not taken him under his patronage. Having said that, where in this video he implied that he would share the Kargil commission report with India? All he is saying is that the commission report will be made public. Anyway, it seems to be a publicity stunt as it is very unlikely that any such commission will ever be formed to probe into Kargil episode.

No Commission on Kargil will ever be formed and the facts related to the Kargil Fiasco will never be known. Just as the Hamoodur Rehman Commision Report on the 1971 defeat will never be published. Just as there will not ever be a clear expose of PNS Mehran and the Kamra attacks on the prime assets of the PN and PAF respectively.

Apart from that: the assasins of Liaquat Ali Khan and Benazir Bhutto will never ever be known, not in this Century or the next. All of these will just remain- "History's Mysteries!"

Put the link here to support your assertion then, that will be believable. Parts of the report were leaked out; but the report was never officially released.
