Some dangerous and aggressive breeds of dogs needs to be always put in chains or not put in residential areas at all...

As for Karachi and Dog Problem, its not a new thing...PPP and other Political and religious parties are biting Karachi citizens like Rabid dogs for decades.

its not necessary to kill them, it will be a big issue in Pakistan if they are being killed in large numbers.

Sindh govt had issued billions of rupees for stray dogs vaccination program but again it PPP we cannt expect anything better and corruption free from them.

all dogs are not dangerous species refrain from generalizing whole species.

humans need to manage themselves.

human population is also increasing very fast and is the biggest threat to all living things on earth so?
do we kill some humans to control it or we try to control human breeding?

Bhai log, neutering will not remove the attack and ganging-up instincts of the dog. Other than humans they attack and kill cats by torture. In India it has almost come to the situation that if you need to see a cat you will have to open your web browser.
