Lets just decide everything with consensus. All deadlocks to be resolved through voting. Pakistan needs more autonomous provinces based on administrative footings but with the will of the people. Nobody should feel left out, nobody should feel threatened, nobody should feel robbed or violated, nobody should feel being treated unfairly, nobody should feel his/her rights being threatened by the centre or any other bigger province. All provinces should have totally autonomous local governments much like that in the US.

All enmity based on ethnicity may be removed through proper implementation of law and services based on merits not on quotas.
