...well for things to come to a standstill, you must have things in the first place. Your railways stands still anyways, power or no power!!!

Last I checked, AK-47's and suicide jackets didn't need electricity.

In fact, now that you officially (as per your own govt.) have the technology to power devices on water, you won't be needing electricity anyways.

Then again toilets don't run on electricity,... but since Indians are going to Mars, they may as well get accustomed to Pampers.
