انہوں نے کہا کہ میری اجازت کے بغیر میرا ٹیکس ریکارڈ سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل بھی نہیں دیکھ سکتی، ٹیکس ریکارڈ میرا اور ایف بی آر کا باہمی معاملہ ہے۔​

انہوں نے کہا کہ کئی دہائیوں پرانی تمام دستاویزات میرے پاس نہیں

جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسٰی نے کہا کہ آپ کی بات حقائق کے منافی ہے، جس پر جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے کہا کہ آپ بات سمجھے بغیر ہی مداخلت کر دیتے ہیں اور ہدایت کی کہ اپنی نشست پر جاکر بیھٹیں۔



سرینا عیسیٰ کا کہنا تھا کہ عمران خان نے آف شور کمپنی کو تسلیم کیا تھا، عمران خان کے لیے جو معیار رکھا گیا وہ میرے لیے نہیں رکھا گیا حالانکہ عمران خان سیاسی جماعت کے سربراہ ہیں لیکن میں نہیں ہوں، عمران خان آج وزیراعظم ہیں اور میں ایک عام شہری ہوں۔​

جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا کہ عدالت سرینا عیسٰی کی بات سے متفق نہیں تو درخواست خارج کر دے، کل آپ کی بیویاں بھی یہاں کھڑی ہو سکتی ہیں۔
