This helo has ejection seats?

No, no seats, but a truly unique and amazing ejection system!

Once the Ka-52's ejection sequence is initiated, the top set of rotors blow off and away followed by the lower set of rotor and then the glass cockpit is blown to pieces and tossed far away (all this happens really fast) and the best part is that the seats don't eject with the pilot in them. There's a canister (basically a rocket) mounted on the top back of the seat and has a tethered strap attached to the back of the pilot. That canister gets triggered after the glass cockpit gets blown off and that canister goes flying out with it's rocket engines & thrust vectoring and pulls the pilot out and away from the helo far enough to initiate the parachute. It's really amazing! You can see it here in this video, starts @ minute 0.48 it starts and you can see the pilot being pulled out @ minute 1:00.
