Jordanian air chief visits PAF Air Headquarters

ISLAMABAD: Royal Jordanian Air Force Commander Major General Yousef Al-Huneiti visited the Air Headquarters on Tuesday.

On his arrival at the Air Headquarters, the distinguished guest was received by Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman.

A contingent of Pakistan Air Force presented Yousef Al-Huneiti with a guard of honour. Later on, Al-Huneiti met with Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman in his office.

Matters of professional and mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. Royal Jordanian Air Force commander appreciated the professionalism of Pakistan Air force (PAF) personnel. He also lauded PAF’s role in fighting the war against terror and expressed his desire to learn from its experiences.

The Pakistan air chief highlighted that both the countries enjoyed cordial and brotherly relations and reiterated his resolve to further enhance the existing cooperation between the two countries. He also offered assistance and support in the field of aviation and military training to Jordanian Air Force.

The visiting dignitary also attended a briefing at Air Headquarters on the organisation, role and functioning of the Pakistan Air Force.

The Royal Jordanian Air Force delegation has been on a 4-day visit to Pakistan on the invitation of the Pakistan Air Force. The delegation would visit various PAF bases and installations during the visit.

Maybe this Time USA will allow the sale of the F-16's from Jordan , USA President is issuing anti Pakistan statements to please a certain Country, while there is a back door channel between GHQ and Pentagon .. It does not matter what Orange President say, but in the end Pakistan Policy of US will remain unchanged on ground .

If the request is made, and after recent US top brass visiting Pakistan and some behind the door diplomacy might bring its results in terms of Used F-16's .. keep in mind that these F-16's are very important against the war on Terror, Pakistan has informed this to US numerous times.

we cant dictate terms to USA until our political elite is dependent on USA, but lets hope that US-PAK relations will take a positive turn .
