He is sitting in Japan, 3rd largest economy on Earth, complaining 'why is Bangladesh so far behind?' When you try to propose solutions he is not interested, the complaining is what he's here for.

When you do not have the proper model tailored for your country, this is bound to happen. We are not the big countries with small populations and so western model shall not be applicable to us. We must emphasis on agriculture and animal husbandry, textiles etc so generate employment. Industries have no potential to provide enough jobs. In my previous company, We had a turnover of 1000 crore employing some 400 employees directly and may be around 1500 indirectly. So called IT does not employ more than couple of million of people though the money earned is huge.
