Manchester's mosques regularly host open days. I have visited a few during such times: This lady in the middle is called Qaisra Shahraz, she is a leading advocate for interfaith dialog and tolerance in the U.K.

Muslims and Jews have very close religious traditions and believe in the same Lord, like our christian cousins. We can pray in both Synagogues and Churches, and Jews can pray in mosques.

People dont Go to look at each other in mosques.

They are sanctioned places of God almighty. Man is under protection of God there.

When we as Kids ended up in trouble we used to Run to the mosque and stay there till the Storm passed by. Usually that included breaking Windows from Cricket and Football. The local imam would smile and let us play in the mosque till parents would come with Ice cream and a smile to take us back.

Originally(in terms of religion alone...and not what ppl have done over centuries)...in Islam at least, the Jews and Christians are referred to as ppl of the book. Under Islamic law they are to be protected and allowed religious freedom if they are living in an Islamic State(not the ISIS kind...but a state that's supposed to follow Islamic teachings). Their places of worship are also given that protection. Muslims can marry Christians and Jews...their holy books are our holy books and are offered the same respect as the Quran...etc.

Idk why all the hate exists. We all believe in the same Prophets(more or less), the same one true God. There are very few differences...which shouldn't be a reason for such hate that exists.

When Muslims like in the West need more spaces to pray during Ramadan, they usually rent a church hall...It is very common in both UK and USA.

No harm...all the land is god's and god is everywhere...As long as you arent praying to the statues or figurines and have your niyat clean, whats wrong with praying under the open sky or in a building, which happens to belong to another faith?

ONLY in Pakistan where in some Masjids women arent allowed, I can understand why people would think that non Muslims shouldnt be allowed where even Muslim women arent allowed...Dont get me wrong the Masjid near our place in UK also didnt allow Muslimah and it was a Benglai mosque with crazy Pakistani uncles who starred at every women passing by but god forbid a woman entered a masjid!

He seems ignorant to the base....not really his fault many in Pakistan dont allow women in the masjid....So having a non Muslim in one must be a heart attack let alone praying in a church!
