What's new

Jawani Phir Nahi Ani’ makes record Rs 7.73 crore business in just three days

yesterday watched this movie , a jam packed how . It is a very entertaining movie and is a very good move towards reviving the cinema in Pakistan . It had better viewership than the Indian movies shown on this Eid .

Hamza Ali Abbasi does not endorse the content of the movie and yet he acted in it? What is this supposed to mean?

Have you forgotten the maulana logic discussed somewhere, just few days back? :pop:
regards

That means "money talks" and the amount of business the movie does is a clear indication of what the people refer to see for entertainment.

Will watch it after 10 next month when the crowds lessen BTW how similar is it to hangover?

Cinema main wah, wah
Bahir aakay taubah, taubah.

Hypocrisy comes easy to us as a society, but, to be fair, there are precious few avenues left for any kind of entertainment for the people these days, and the fantasy world of cinema becomes a popular escape, quite naturally.

Its a clear indication of what the people of indian subcontinent want to watch.....
The pakistanis were making fun of bollywood for making Sh!tty mindless masala flicks....
Now it turns out that they themselves enjoy the same thing....
I dont know if u agree or not...North indian and pakistanis(sindh and punjab) pretty much come from the same cultural norm...

It looks so sh1tty .
Have you watched the trailers?

Yep we love to criticize others without analyzing our own faults

Watched it yesterday in the UK. Pretty funny with adult humour so avoid going with family. Plus, the level of vulgarity in the first half was uncalled for. Could have easily cut back on it, i.e. didn't need ladies in bikini in dance the party.
