I don’t see the point of indicting the PM and then asking the Attorney General to prosecute his boss!

Pray tell me how can you expect Attorney General to produce iron clad arguments; don’t you think that the Prosecutor would attempt to deliberately lose the case?

IMO after the show cause notice, SC should have sentenced the PM Gilani if the Hon Judges thought he was really guilty. One would think that SC is prolonging the case without good reason and trying to destabilize the government.

prolonging the case will make matter even worse, it wud have very negative impact on already destroyed ecconomy, i really couldn't understand what judiciary is trying to do
