Chinese with their deep desire to control south china sea as their personal domain have started to irritate and galvanize several of their neighbors and rivals. Best thing for them is to come out and clearly demonstrate their intention to respect the right of all the nations bordering SCS to have equal unfettered access to it's resources, and navigate freely.
