Yes! Japan has recently overturned our ban on military arms sales.

And this would bring down the unit cost for Japan as well since the tank would then be produced in large numbers.

I can see Japan being in the big-boy club with EU/US, Russia and China in terms of weapons exports in as little as 10 years from now.

This can only be good for your many potential buyers as this would dilute the power of the existing players.
