Good that they're not going for the hydel power... it is overdoing of that sort of thing that brought disaster to Uttarakhand.

We don't want that in another state so soon, do we?

IMO, it was not the hydel power projects, but over enthusistic tourist /pilgrimage industry that is to be blamed for the UK's distaster.

its already connected, three lines are working and fourth is being laid out. and the lines are used for both way energy traffic.

I think that,s a very simplistic and wishful thinking. Kashmir is richer than many states which have no insurgency.
