Jammu and Kashmir should be included in 100 "Smart City" project

Friends today we heard it from political class . Actually I was waiting for this to happen for a very long time. We must include J&k and far north east states . This will definitely improve the infrastructure and provide various kind of jobs for younger generation. This will improve the security and implementation of other development programme. We must show that India is not just developing as a economically super power but it's is also developing as the peaceful and stronger internally .

I dont see why can't we take this as an opportunity and provide skill development course at free of cost . And get them to earn decent living . Make them to take part the countries development. This will improve the situation in J & K and north east (which is already providing support for the nation building process )

So finally things are starting to go the right way

smart cities will require stable atmosphere and lots of migration of people from other state .....including investments in real estate ......with current rules around Kashmir like 370 ....that wont be possible .

About Assam and other NE areas.................first need to improve connectivity ......like airports in every major city of NE , not just capital ......with regular flights......only then smart cities projects can be succesful .....like in remote areas of Tasmania (australia ) ....a small town with only 80k population has a airport with daily flights to major australian cities
