in Pakistan the right lane is the fastest. so they built a underpass on left side (jail road underpass) and the heavy traffic was not to pass through the underpass, as they were on left side, they had to change lane to right and the people at right had to change lane to left, which jeopardizes the whole movement of traffic.

just today there was a accident at this confusion point between a rickshow, motorcycle and a car...

and above that its a bottleneck of the road. not that it had to be, but its there, which makes it even difficult.
