What's new

Jadhav’s conviction at ICJ, Indian MEA's declining a handshake...stooping low.

The request of Ad hoc judge was a legitimate, BTW it does not matter now because There is not any leverage for india to persuade the judges regarding jadhav.

It is your legitimate right to request for one , no questions whatsoever but how does that make you think we need to persuade some one? We aint the respondents, we are the petitioners.

Laws apply to human beings, we are not dealing with one.

So why respond to a petition filed by non humans? couldn't you just ignore and walk away?

Do you even know the meaning of persuade? Respondent or petitioners both have to persuade the judges to get favourable verdict but according to the constitution. But Indian lawyers have failed.

Who does the person with that funny cap on his head representing in ICJ as we speak ??? Martians ?? :p:

Yes there is. Because your attorney is talking a lot about alleged legit passport, Illegal entry etc. and he might be correct on his part. But as far as I know, there is no provision in Pakistan's law ore any international law to give death sentence for the aforementioned offences.

Now he will have to come to the core of the issue, that is present solid material evidence as well as the certified copies of the timeline of the legal proceedings on the basis of which your courts had pronounced the death sentence. And if you don't know, Pakistan has not submitted them yet. Give some time to ICJ for reviewing the arguments of both the parties, then we can see. :-)

To all of the Pakistani who are thinking of winning this international battle....
I will come back after the announcements of verdict...

Who the hell are we (pak-ind) to give sometime to ICJ. ICJ will react itself on time. The last argument of india on 20 Feb and 21 Feb pakistan. Then after few days ICJ will announce the verdict. Lol let's see

There is no right for the spy in any international law to give consular access to spy Not even in Vienna convention. And your whole (weak)argument based on this point. The "unlawful procedure" , "military courts" your all this weak arguments can't save your monkey spy when it is already established that jadhav was a spy and were doing terrorist. activities.

LOL, isn't it the same I told earlier ??? ;)

A person doesn't become a spy just because someone say saw proof, irrefutable proof must be provided for the same (within the premise of ICJ).

Well let's wait for the outcome. All the best. :enjoy:

Lol you didn't tell me the exact date before.

The evidence has already been presented infront of ICJ to proof jadhav as spy, the UK based forensic report examined the passport and it said before ICJ that passport was genuine but identity/name was fake and it was issued to accused within india.

Actually it is india who is presenting the weak arguments. Let's wait and see.

Again irrespective of the citizenship of the convict, this doesn't warrant a death sentence as per Pakistani LAW, if I'm not wrong.

And that is the specific area we are emphasizing along with acquittal (of-course).

Actually it is india who is presenting the weak arguments. Let's wait and see.

Please let the court/judges decide that. I'm sure they are competent enough to do their job.

Just woow now an Indian will tell us constitution of Pakistan. Let me ask in which country spy can't be sentenced to death plenty if spy was involved in terrorist activities?
You are wrong about Pakistan's constitution. Pakistan already hanged many terrorist and now waiting for final verdict of ICJ.

Oh You mean argument. You'd have to wait for Salve's response to know who has failed.

OK, go ahead and prove the charges of terrorism as well, just the the alleged legit Passport and VISA. And our attorney had already summarized about that law of yours, the trial process and subsequent capital punishments already. Let see what ICJ observes.

First impression is the last impression which you have failed to get.

Kis mou se argument kro gy? When you previously failed to satisfy the judges.

Suggestion for you don't argue if don't know the legal terms.

When you look through the Pakistani scope, you aint gonna get any impressions, Is that not why we were not happy with your court proceedings? Anyways, this aint a court and I aint a lawyer. All these will be met with ease by Mr. Salve in his counter argument.

All these huff puff and fake proofs against the so called Indian Spy aint going to help Pakistan win the case, its going to meet the same fate as how the doctored video about the confession was rejected outright at ICJ.

You know what I am laughing at you this time when talking with indians. It seems you don't know the background of this case, perhaps only know what indians feeded you about the case.
