Not irrelevant at all. Comparing Kashmir a "disputed" territory to Baluchistan which is a recognised province with seats in parliament is "relevant" to this issue how?

The airbase is under PAF control and it's being used for flood relief efforts, maybe the journalists ignored this fact and also who posted this article totaly ignored the videos posted in diffrent threads about Jacobabad airbase.

I don't think that indian members knows our politicians like Jamali anyway it's none of your concern if the base was saved by flood and doing this some landlord lost a piece of his land.

Yes. Kashmir and Balochistan are absolutely different in nature and ground situation. Kashmir is disputed and Balochistan is not (UNSC as a reference point). However having an obsession does not require a UN certificate.. Does it? Just like India has its achilles heel in Kashmir, Pakistan has its in Balochistan. And just like one good turn deserves another, so does obsession.

Why so much obsession about Jacobad airbase. It become famous when US use for logistics. Before it just a strip and still use by PAF for logistics or when PAF call training sorties. Basically this base has no value, just another PAF strip. Well, people have no idea PAF has hundreds of other strips, which are more equipped.

Very simple answer, if today Indian are talking about liberating Pakistan side Baluchistan, tomorrow same people talk about liberate Iranian oil rich Iranian Baluchistan. So, this theory is useless. Second, more Punjabi and Pashtun settled then Baluchi themselves in Baluchistan. So, imbalance of population. If few foreign backed elements create some problem, let it be that way. Pakistani side Balucshistan is still very much free compare to Iranian side. During Shah of Iran time same people raise the slogan of freedom, an unofficial score 10,000 Baluchis lost their life. So, problem is not just Pakistan side Baluchistan, India is also meddling in Iranian Baluchistan too.

No, India is not meddling in Pakistan balochistan, let alone Iranian one. Iran has never accused us of doing that, however they sure have accused YOU of meddling in their affairs. And since you don't know this you are just a normal Pakistani.

It's not true that the Shahbaz airbase is not being used for flood relief ops. One of our reporters flew to the base after the controversy erupted and regular flood relief ops are carried out from here. PAF also issued a rebuttal. The view that flood relief ops can't be carried out because it is under US control is absurd. First, because it's not. Second, even if it was under their use, they themselves would have used it for relief ops as they have elsewhere in the country.

I am not too sure about whether a dyke was broken to save the base or not. There have been allegations and should be looked into. As far as i am concerned, the base is a national asset. Several dikes were broken in Punjab to save power plants. The probe, on the lines on one ordered by Punjab govt, should look into whether the dike was indeed broken to save just the base or the city itself and whether their was any alternative. Also, damage assessment for both scenarios should be sorted out.
