Both the SAC J-16 and the SAC stealth fighter-bomber (rumored to be J-18?) haven't been photographed yet.

The design will remain speculation until the photos are released (around mid-2011).

lol, if the real thing comes out looking close to that, I don't think you can call it a flanker derivative. The T-50 looks more like a flanker than this thing
