in india we have school level then kids selected from them are send to under 14 then(state-national) from ther to under 19(state-national) from them best kids are selected for under 14WC & under 19WC and then there real training starts from diffrent state level ranji teams where they play for at least 3-5 years (only the very best get selected in IPL type formats too soon) after that there are many othere state and national level trophies and most players keep plying in them for life while working in there respective professions also .... do pakistanies also do that ...? just asking
