It's what even the Ecuadorian air chief said on the day of the crash. And as reported consistently here on LiveFist, it was indeed cyclic saturation caused by a hard left by the pilots that caused the Dhruv to rapidly lose altitude, tip over and go down. Sources say that the conclusion was drawn as much from the analysis in the US of the FDR/CVR as from the direct testimony of the pilots of the crashed chopper and the one flying directly behind them. More details soon. For now, the HAL folks in Quito can breathe just that little bit easier. But only just.

.
Good news.

Rediff is reporting:
"They had gone to the US and conducted a neutral investigation there. They didn't tell us the results. They came here and we did the probe. Then they (Ecuadorean team) told us whatever they did in Washington exactly matches the results that they got here," the official said.
If this is true, then it validates HAL's neutrality as well.

aircrafts built or maintained by HAL are known to the safety issues. hundreds of fighters have been lost during training in india during the past several years.

And...

If HAL's record has been bad in terms of safety then it doesnt mean that they wont be able to correct those errors or come up with a machine in which the probability of failure of parts is less . Also the point that the author of the thread is trying to make is that Dhruv crashed due to pilot error and not due to manufacturing problem in this case. I hope you dont read too much into it.

How can u make any aircraft safer from "pilot errors" ?
Since its now proved by independent, and neutral investigation that it was a Pilot Error, None of the existing aircrafts across the globe ( Not Just India for that matter ) can gurantee the safety when pilot presses a wrong button [ exp. only ].

Its Absurd to say it in Indian specific context that crashes occour in India since they happen everywhere :
