Central and South Pakistan is as; if not more beautiful than the North.

yeah get pictures of soon Valley and Sakesar, its just as beautiful as northern areas, just 5 kilometer from my father's birth place when we were kids and go there in summer and brings picture to show our friends tell this is Swat and this was in Kaghan ...lol

On topic: There was point in above discussion that less people mean less pollution. It isn't the solution. We need to increase tourism, its source of income for locals as well. We can make conditional access i.e. the people who are heading to these areas instruct them to not throw waste here and there but keep in bags and throw in waste bin wherever they find. Some kind of strict instructions and oath to comply.

Ministry of environment and tourism can play active role in this regard.

No it's not. Forget the rest of Pakistan, the rest of the world cannot match northern Pakistan. That is not to say that there isn't spectacular beauty in other parts of Pakistan, but "as, if not more"? Not even close. I'd be glad to be proven wrong though.
