Not only voting Imran, in reality this munafiq and other beardos of his ilk consider democracy itself haram. These muhafiz e islam take part in the general elections and enjoy all the perks of being a member of Parliament, but at the same time they detest democracy and its core vlaues like liberty, women rights, individual rights, freedom of religion etc. If they ever manage to form a majority government then those will be the last general elections. They beardos will stamp out democracy and impose their version of Sharia.

Actually if we consult ulemas on this statement, changing halal into haram and vice-versa is just the prerogative of Allah Almighty and anyone else tries to do that, he basically transgresses his limit and commits kuffar and shirk and if we seek proper scholars' decree on Fuzla-e-shaitan's statement, most of them will declare him to be Kafir and ask him to repent or face punishment for apostasy.

He has made the religion a tamasha, he declared BB's govt haram but then joined her and it became halal all of sudden...he just has a price tag and he sells religion and decrees for the sake of his political and financial gains.
