Your country is still at an early stage, I think the most important part for now is still isolating risky persons and conduct sufficient tests.

Actually there are several medicines/treatments found that to be useful if patient could take at an early stage, such treatments can prevent most patients from becoming critically ill, its way way cheaper to conduct massive test and treat patients at early stage than to rescue patients at critical conditions.

South Asia has not really been affected much by COVID-19 because Pakistan, India, Bangladesh all have malaria problems. The vaccine US and other countries are developing is from anti-Malaria medicine. Anti-Malaria medicine is very common and readily availible in all South Asian countries. Many people in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh have taken such anti-malarial medicine in the past and are thus better immunized against coronavirus.

A recent study found that an 18-degree Fahrenheit jump, from 68 degrees to 86 degrees, decreased how long SARS lasted on steel surfaces by at least half. New research also found that increases in relative humidity reduce how readily the virus can spread between people.
