According to a new received lastly;
Istanbul Technical University held a meeting with officials of Moscow Aviation Institute in ends of 2013 in İstanbul. Participation was in high protocol level, includes rector of each Institute , Deans of responsible faculties , and instructors . Details of meeting, and topics covered, or if there was a agreement of collaboration ,and joint researchs have remained unknown.
