ISSB Downtime - How to contact them?

I've been checking the ISSB website for my call status but their website portal has been "Under Construction" for well over a month now. Plus their Blog has not been updated for many months. I have not received any letter in the mail either, although a couple of my friends in another city have received their letters.

I've tried calling them on the numbers provided on the website but no one picks up the damn phone!


I also tried calling the PAF S&R Center but they were no help either

Now since I saw they have uploaded up til batch # 30 I'm very worried that what if the letter gets lost in the mail and I miss my date then I'll be doomed!

Any suggestions guys?

What has happened to these forums, there used to be a good member activity and members used to help each other quickly.
This is a serious matter and I don't seem to get any help
