ISSB Documents Requirement Issue - Urgent

Assalam o alekum,
Dear respected seniors/specialists from ISSB background please comment on my stated issue.
I have to report for ISSB in sha ALLAH on 18th of Oct for Naval Law Branch under batch SSC 2019-B Navy.

The requirement for this position was : LLB + Practicing member of a Bar. Age upto 40. as on 01-01-2020.


Problem : I do not have my bar enrollment card.
Reason : My bar intimation requirement for enrollment card shall complete on 19th oct 2019.
There is a test prior to issuance of enrollment card but it has been delayed till 27th oct 2019 and after the test and it's successive result in sha ALLAH the card may be issued but the problem is that I have to report at ISSB center on 18th Oct 2019.

During my initial test / medical and interview the OIC told me that because you dont have your bar enrollment card you may not be considered first priority in the later stages of selection.

Now I am stuck in this dilemma, quite worried that I may be sent back home because of incomplete documents may ALLAH help me.

Some considerations: 1. The Ad says age 40 upto 01-01-2020. Can this may mean fulfilling these req upto this date?..

2. If I submit to them an Affidavit on stamp paper that they may please allow me to appear for ISSB without the enrollment card as I have fulfilled the enrollment requirement but it is delayed because of the delay from Bar Council side because they have delayed their test, duly signed by me and witnesses. I might also add a letter from the bar that he has been alloted a provisional reg no.

Can any specialist enlighten me please what documents do they check upon reporting at ISSB?

1) It means you can apply if you are below or 40 years of age and has nothing to do with a specific date of receiving documents.

2) You should do that and inform them anyhow you can and still go and appear.
If it's meant for you, you will find it, if its not then Allah has better plans for you so why do you even need to worry?

Everything will come from Allah, nowhere else, focus on your relationship with Him and keep your faith straight by knowing whatever is to happen is what is best for you as per Allah's plan.
