I just checked,

The heaviest satellite is the CARTOSAT at 650kg, the next two Indian satellites weigh 15 kg each.

The remaining 101 satellites weigh 820 kg, of whom US launched 88 satellites weighing 5 kg each.

Total payload was 1500 kg.

Also, just to prove my point.

G Manhattan Nair, the former chairman of ISRO also said, that this launch is no big deal as you can launch as many satellites as you want within those 1500kg.
