No offence to anybody here, but its a very negative mentality to feel good by lookign down at others.

I doubt if there is any space agency who don't get failure in their share of success. its a circle you learn form your mistakes. that's called "EVOLUTION". there is no race here in space Programme. space progamme is one direction where whole mankind get benifitted without the boundaries.

You don't fail if you don't participate in it.

As for the question of spending money in space Programme and not providing food to poor. Just because some idiots don't evolve rest don't stop evolving.
Human evolution is as important as anything else.

Just google "satellite failed" and you will see how many satellites of developed countries have failed in past. BTW satellites of only those countries have failed, who make them .
